Yes! Every class is coached and tailored. You’ll never feel left behind.
Can I pause if I get sick or travel?
We allow one 7-day pause within your 28 days — just let us know before your class.

WHO IS THE Strong Start Pack FOR
Anyone new to Pilates, that hasn’t practiced for a while or you’ve never been to Pilates Place. Our program will show you the foundations of Pilates and our welcoming studio. This introductory offer gives you unlimited access to a wide variety of our classes.. Whether you're a beginner or a Pilates pro, this program is designed to lay the groundwork for a strong, consistent, and balanced body.
FIRST TIME AT PILATES PLACE
PRO TIPS
What to Bring & wear.
Clothing: Comfortable activewear that allows you to move freely. Most clients wear leggings or bike shorts with a fitted crop or shirt.
Footwear: For Reformer classes, we recommend grip socks (available to purchase at the studio).
- For mat-based or yoga classes, barefoot is perfect.
- Strength you will need to wear sneakers.
Essentials: Bring a water bottle and towel. For Hot Pilates, we suggest an extra towel and light, breathable clothing.
Mindset: Most importantly — bring an open mind. Every class is an opportunity to surprise yourself and grow.

The Flow.
Leave all your daily thoughts or whatever is weighing your mind down at the door, take some deep breaths to get you grounded and focused on the next 45 minutes.
Our classes usually begin with a warm up followed by a flow of moves curated with some fun tunes.
Give yourself this time.
Take that energy with you into the world!
When you arrive.
If you arrive to class and the previous class is still going then just wait outside until the class start pouring out the door.
Come on in and introduce yourself to the instructor!
They will show you the studio, where to put your things and how the setup of the reformer works.
Make sure you mention any injuries or things we may ned to be aware of before starting your class.
