From Wednesday 4th to Sunday 8th February, we’re opening our doors with FREE classes 💪🏼💦

Open Week is for anyone who wants to:
start (or restart) a consistent movement routine
build strength safely
feel better in their body
try pilates, strength or Yoga in a welcoming, non-intimidating studio

Not at all. Our classes are beginner-friendly, and our instructors will guide you from the moment you walk in. You’ll be shown how the reformer works and exactly what to do.

Comfy exercise clothes you can move in. Any kind of leggings/shorts and a comfortable top.
Reformer class: Grip socks are needed for safety and hygiene. If you have a pair, bring them. If not, we have some in the studio you can purchase.
Strength class (YG Studio): please wear closed shoes. -
Once you complete the registration form, we’ll email you all the details on how to book your free class.

PRO TIPS
What to Bring & wear.
Clothing: Comfortable activewear that allows you to move freely. Most clients wear leggings or bike shorts with a fitted crop or shirt.
Footwear: For Reformer classes, we recommend grip socks (available to purchase at the studio).
- For mat-based or yoga classes, barefoot is perfect.
- Strength you will need to wear sneakers.
Essentials: Bring a water bottle and towel. For Hot Pilates, we suggest an extra towel and light, breathable clothing.
Mindset: Most importantly — bring an open mind. Every class is an opportunity to surprise yourself and grow.

The Flow.
Leave all your daily thoughts or whatever is weighing your mind down at the door, take some deep breaths to get you grounded and focused on the next 45 minutes.
Our classes usually begin with a warm up followed by a flow of moves curated with some fun tunes.
Give yourself this time.
Take that energy with you into the world!
When you arrive.
If you arrive to class and the previous class is still going then just wait outside until the class start pouring out the door.
Come on in and introduce yourself to the instructor!
They will show you the studio, where to put your things and how the setup of the reformer works.
Make sure you mention any injuries or things we may ned to be aware of before starting your class.
